Cooking and frying kettles
COOKING AND FRYING KETTLES - kettles for cooking products with a capacity of 200 to 1500l, can be heated by electricity, steam or gas (some cannot be gas, depending on size). Boilers for cooking and frying fat into greaves have a mixing mechanism with specially designed scrapers - blades that prevent the burning of the mass for the walls of the boiler. Also, kettles for frying are all electrically heated, for this very reason, and have el. heaters laid in thermal oil inside the walls of duplicators that heat the oil and thus heat the boiler itself. Boilers for frying fat are 300-600 l in size.
